摘要
利用线圈靶测速原理,采用激光CCD位移传感器对炮身后座位移进行测量。通过对测量结果的分析,得出火炮后座位移引起的误差是影响线圈靶测速误差的主要原因。根据所测炮身后座的数据,采用炮口测速修正系统对炮口初速进行修正。通过对实验数据进行分析,证明了该修正方法的正确性和可行性。
There is an error existing between measured muzzle velocity and actual muzzle velocity,which affects the fire accuracy of artillery.It is of great importance to measure the muzzle velocity of projectile accurately,and to analyze the factors which influence the accuracy.This paper made use of coil target principle and measured the displacements of barrel recoil by laser CCD displacement transducer.By the analysis of the measured results,it could be known that the error caused by displacement of barrel recoil was the primary cause which effected coil target's error.On the basis of measured data of barrel recoil,the muzzle velocity was revised by the muzzle velocity measurement correction system.The exactness and feasibility of this correction method was proved by analyzing the experimental data.
