摘要
目的:探讨经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(URL)治疗输尿管结石的方法及临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2008年1月～2009年6月收治输尿管结石120例患者的临床资料,该组患者均采用URL治疗,总结其治疗效果。结果:120例URL组患者,一次碎石率为90.0%(108/120)。输尿管镜失败改切开取石12例,占10.0%。住院时间为2～10d。结论:URL可以避免开放手术对患者造成的痛苦,成功率高,术后并发症,是治疗输尿管中、下段结石的首选方法。
Objective：Transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy（URL） method of treatment of ureteral calculi and clinical efficacy.Methods：To retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 120 cases of ureteral stones were treated clinical data,this group of patients treated URL were used to summarize the treatment effects.URL group were 120 cases of the results,a stone rate was 90.0%（108/120）.Ureteroscopy failed in 12 cases change the cut stone,accounting for 10.0%.Hospital stay was 2 to 10 days.Conclusion：URL to avoid open surgery in patients suffering caused by a high success rate,postoperative complications,in the treatment of ureteral and lower ureteral stones in the preferred method.
