摘要
宁东能源化工基地位于生态环境极为脆弱的毛乌素沙地边缘,以煤产业为主的能源开发和工业发展势必会对该地区脆弱的生态环境造成破坏。鉴于此,提出了园林绿化措施并分析其保护和改善生态环境的重要功能。为使园林绿化工程长期有效发挥作用,从水资源短缺等影响因子入手,重点探讨了园林绿化的技术和行政管理措施,以保障该基地的经济建设与生态环境建设协调同步发展。
Ningdong Energy and Chemistry Industry Base is in the vicinity of Maowusu sandland with fragile eco-environment.The energy exploitation and industrial development of coal resources inevitably damaged the local eco-environment.In view of this,the measures of Landscape Greening is been proposed as well as functions of its protection and amelioration on local eco-environment fundamental functions.In order to make use of Landscape Greening effectively in a long term and to ensure harmonious and sustainable development of economic construction and eco-environment construction,the discussions is been made on the technique and administrative management measures with taking the factors such as shortage of water resources into consideration.
