摘要
2009年冬季盐城市经历了低温寒潮雨雪冰冻和持续连阴雨天气,小麦、油菜等越冬作物普遍遭受不同程度的冻害和渍害,对夏熟生产造成不利影响。对盐城市2010年夏熟作物越冬期以来的农业气象条件进行了分析,为未来农业生产、防灾减灾提供理论依据。
It suffered snow,ice and continuiously cold with rainy weather in Yancheng City in 2009 winter.Wheat,rape and other crops generally suffered from varying degrees of frost damage and waterlogging,and adversely affect the production of summer ripe.Through the summer crops during winter weather conditions since the analysis of agriculture for the future of agricultural production,provide a theoretical basis for disaster prevention and mitigation.
