摘要
在灌注桩水下混凝土发生堵管时,传统的处理方法主要是采取提掷导管以疏通之。但发生堵管,有的是假性堵管,有的是真性堵管。处理堵管传统方法对假性堵管可以疏通;对真性堵管则难以疏通。若提掷无效则需进行二次初灌,不仅费工费时,而且容易产生断桩。文章根据物理学力的平衡原理,借鉴传统的处理方法,提出将混凝土导管暂时拔出混凝土面的泥浆中进行快速提掷管疏通办法,并通过某工程案例进行钻芯检测。检测数据表明,该办法可行。
The traditional treatment of underwater concrete blocking of grouted piles was to raise the tremie pipe to dredge the concrete.The treatment was effective for dredging pseudo-blocking,but was not effective for dredging authentic-blocking.In the case of authentic blocking,secondary grout-ing was required,which demands much work and is time-consuming,and might cause broken pile.Raising quickly the tremie pipe temporarily from the concrete to dredge concrete from the pile is proposed on the basis of traditional method and balance of physical forces.Examination results via a practical engineering case indicate that the new approach is plausible.
