摘要
在体验旅游时代,旅游服务的中心任务不再是单纯提供旅游产品与服务,而是为游客塑造某种难以忘怀的体验,导游服务是游客旅游体验的重要环节,游客体验程度的高低取决于导游服务质量。通过实证调研,发现导游的知识技能不足、个性化服务意识薄弱、购物服务技能差、服务于游客旅游体验的技能欠缺等直接影响游客旅游体验的效果,提出为加强游客的旅游体验,导游在服务中应该树立以游客体验为核心的理念,创造互动式的旅游过程,并创新旅游文化教育功能的建议。
During the period of experience tourism,the major task of travel service is not only providing products or services but also creating some special experience.The guide service is the important part of the experience of tourists,and its quality depends on the degree which tourists satisfy.Through survey and study,we have found the guide's knowledge skill insufficient,the consciousness of individual service weak,and the shopping service skill bad.All of above has a bad influence on the travel experience of tourists.In order to satisfy tourists greatly,firstly,the guides should have the idea to improve the travel satisfaction of tourists.Then,the guides should create the inter-dynamic travel to the tourists,and innovate the travel culture and education function during working time.
