摘要
采用均匀设计法设计实验，以高压二步匀乳机制备尼莫地平固体脂质毫微粒。制得的固体脂质毫微粒平均粒径为０．３ μｍ ，包封率为７８．３８％ 。
The nimodipine solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN) were prepared by the high pressure homogenizer.An uniform experimental design was used to establish the optimal conditions.The mean diameter of the SLN was 0.3 μm,and drug loading was 3%.;
