摘要
采用邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DIOP)为内给电子体,制备了MgCl2-SiO2复合载体负载的Ziegler-Natta催化剂;考察了DIOP加入量对催化剂的形态结构及其催化乙烯与1-己烯共聚反应性能的影响,并利用N2吸附-脱附、SEM和XRD等测试手段对催化剂的形态和物性进行了表征。实验结果表明,加入DIOP可以改善催化剂的颗粒形态和均匀程度;随DIOP加入量的增加,催化剂活性降低,共聚物的堆密度和熔体流动指数呈先升高后降低的趋势。当n(DIOP)∶n(Mg)=0.10时,催化剂的形态和性能较好,共聚物的堆密度为0.35 g/cm3,熔体流动指数(10 min)为0.18 g,粒径为75~750μm的颗粒的质量分数为98.36%。
The influence of the molar ratio of di-iso-octyl phthalate (DIOP) as internal donor to magnesium chloride on the catalyst structure and its catalytic activity in ethylene/1-hexene copolymerization with SiO2-MgC12 supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by means of BET, SEM and XRD. The results indicated that adding DIOP. could improve morphology and uniformity of the catalyst particles. Along with the increase of DIOP dosage, the catalyst activity decreased, and bulk density and melt index of the resulted product first increased and then decreased. When n(DIOP) : n(Mg) was 0. 10,the bulk density and the melt index(10 min) of the product and the mass fraction of 75 -750 μm product particles were 0. 35 g/cm3 ,0. 18 g and 98.36% ,respectively.
