摘要
以间苯二酚为起始原料,通过傅克酰基化、改进的Baker-VenKataraman重排、环合、羟基保护脱保护、酯化或醚化等反应合成了26个7-羟基黄酮衍生物,其结构经1H NMR和MS表征,其中12个7-羟基黄酮衍生物为新化合物。
Twenty-six 7-hydroxy flavone derivatives were synthesized by the acylation,improved Baker-VenKataraman rearrange,cyclization,protection and improtection reaction,esterification or etherification from resorcin.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR and MS.Twelve compounds of them are new compouds.
