摘要
高校主动公开信息是指高校依据自身职责和义务向社会或校内主动提供的公开信息,不包括已申请公开的信息。本文通过对构建维度、构建原则、构建方法和构建要素的分析和确定,从而实现了高校信息公开中主动公开信息的分类体系构建。
University active open information refers to the information that university according to its duties and obligations provides society or campus with initiatively,not including the information that needs application to be public.Based on the analysis and determination of building dimensions,principles,methods and elements,consequently,this paper achieved the classification system building of active open information of university information disclosure.
