摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了山西、甘肃、内蒙和四川等4个不同产地46个黄芪样品中Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu,Mn、Cr和Zn 7种微量元素的含量,测定的相对误差RSD<5%。将主成分分析(PCA)应用于实验数据处理,结果表明产地对黄芪中微量元素的含量没有明显的影响,4个产地的黄芪样品中7种微量金属元素的含量没有明显的差异。由此可以推断,中药黄芪的质量在一定程度上的稳定性,受种植地域的影响较小。
The content of seven trace metal elements,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Cr and Zn,in 46 Astragalus samples from Shanxi,Gansu,Neimeng and Sichuan,were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) with an error of RSD5%.The chemometrics approach,principal component analysis(PCA) was applied to process the measured data.The result indicated that the origin of the samples had not significant effect on the content of trace elements in Astragalus,and there was almost no difference of content of these seven metal elements between the Astragalus samples from four origins.Their quality of Astragalus is able to be controlled by the proposed method.
