摘要
目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析80例急性阑尾炎患者的超声诊断,并与术后病理结果对比。结果:高频彩色多普勒超声正确诊断阑尾炎91.25%,病理符合率85.00%。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声诊断急性阑尾炎具有方便、快捷、准确率高等特点,是可靠的检查方法之一,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Method：The preoperative high frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of 80 cases of acute appendicitis were compared with the pathological diagnosis.Result：The correctly diagnosed acute appendicitis rate of high frequency color doppler ultrasound was 91.25%,pathology consistent rate was 85%.Conclusion：High frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis,which has several advantages including simple,rapid and accuracy,can provide accurate imaging evidence,is a reliable screening method,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
