摘要
针对鞍山宝得公司制氧生产规模较小、供需矛盾突出的特点,通过采取对制氧厂配置设备和生产运行管理优化等措施,有效降低氧气放散率、氧气综合电耗。
The Oxygen Plant of Anshan Baode Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is characterized by a small oxygen production scale and obvious contradiction of supply and demand.For this reason,some measures are adopted,such as optimization of equipment configuration and running management of the Oxygen Plant.These measures have reduced effectively oxygen bleeding rate and comprehensive power consumption of oxygen making.
