摘要
以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的低碳经济模式,是人类社会继农业文明、工业文明之后的又一次重大进步。当前,景德镇着眼建设经济重镇、旅游都市、特色瓷都,立足科学发展,推进自主创新,发展低碳经济,完善体制机制,促进社会和谐。科技进步和创新正推动着瓷都一步一个台阶地向"科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥"的新型工业化道路迈进。本文介绍了景德镇环保工作依靠科技进步和创新取得的一些成效,并提出了新时期发展低碳经济的建议。
The modeling of low carbon economy,which base on low energy consumption,low pollution and low emission,is another significant progress of human society,following agriculture civilization and industrial civilization.At present,Jingdezhen city focus on building the economic center,tourism city and features porcelain,and the city develops low-carbon economy,improves the institutional mechanisms to promote social harmony based upon scientific development and promote independent innovation.Technological progress and innovation are driving the porcelain step by step to the new industrialization rail,that have characteristics of ＂high technological content,good economic returns,low resources consumption,little environmental pollution and a full display of advantages in human resources＂ In this paper,Some successful experiences relying on technological innovation were introduced in aspect of environmental protection,and some suggestions for developing low carbon economy in the new era were proposed.
