摘要
在分析我国物流企业发展现状和特点的基础上,阐释了物流企业职务知识的内涵及类型,并结合物流企业的实际情况,提出了开发、利用职务知识的流程和策略,对于推进物流企业知识管理、提升其核心竞争力具有较强的理论价值和指导作用。
In the era of knowledge-driven economy, knowledge, replacing traditional productive factors such as labour force, capital, and land, has become the foremost resource an enterprise possesses. Service knowledge of the enterprise, originating in its production, operation and management activities, is the fundamental driving force for its development and the main root of its core competence. Based on an analysis of the current status and characteristics of the logistics enterprises in China, this paper expounds the connotation and varieties of service knowledge in the logistics industry and puts forward the processes and strategies for its development and utilization.
