摘要 东风8、东风11型内燃机车装载的16V280柴油机,采用整铸机体。在机体铸造过程中,易产生裂纹,影响产品质量。对16V280机体2008-23#缸孔惯穿性裂纹的焊接修复工艺进行了研究;在修复手段、方法、焊接材料选择等方面进行了有益的探索;通过焊接、修整、检测、检验等步骤,产品达到合格标准。该研究具有较强的推广应用价值。 Dongfeng-8 and Dongfeng-ll diesel locomotives load the 16V280 diesel engine, with the whole cast cylinder block. In cylinder block casting process, It is easy to produce the cracks and affects product quality. The welding repair processes of through cracks on the lower part of 16V280 diesel engine 2008-23^# cylinder block were researched; Has carried on the beneficial exploration in welding process, repairing method, welding material choice and so on; By welding, repairing, inspection, testing and other steps,the products have reached the required standard. This research has strong promotion and application value.
