摘要
克罗恩病（CD）是全胃肠道节段性全层慢性进行性肉芽肿性炎性反应,其发病原因与环境因素、遗传因素及免疫异常有关。病理表现主要为节段性、贯壁性、肉芽肿性全肠壁炎,黏膜裂沟样溃疡及瘢痕形成,病变肠管由于纤维组织增生和水肿,往往增厚变粗,黏膜表面急性期呈充血水肿,
