摘要
研究了普通减水剂(三聚磷酸钠STP、六偏磷酸钠SHP和柠檬酸钠Sodium Citrate)和高效减水剂(市售聚羧酸型HSPC-8A、自制聚羧酸型WKPC和德国进口Castament-FS20等)这六种不同减水剂对Al2O3-SiC-C质出铁沟浇注料施工性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用自制聚羧酸型WKPC所得制品性能最好,可以获得符合要求且性能良好的出铁沟浇注料。
This paper investigated the effect of different types of water reducers including normal water reducers such as STP,SHP and sodium citrate,and super plasticizer such as HSPC,FS20 and WKPC on the properties of Al2O3-SiC-C castable.It is found that iron trough castable of good performance can be obtained when the water reducer is WKPC.
