摘要
建设高等教育强国必须创新教育理念。教育理念有国家教育理念、学校教育理念、个体教育理念之分。国家教育理念体系构建必须遵循尊重规律与立足实际相结合、以人为本与全面协调相结合、自发内生与理性选择相结合、多元融合与彰显特色相结合、与时俱进与承续传统相结合等基本原则。建设高等教育强国应确立"优先发展、生态多样、文化素质教育、创新创业教育"等国家教育理念。
The construction of higher education power requires the innovation of education philosophy at different levels： of the nation,of the universities and of the individuals.The formation of the national education philosophy system should follow the following principles： the combination of relative laws with the reality,the combination of being people-oriented with overall coordination,the combination of spontaneousness with rational choice,the combination of multiracial blend with obvious characteristics,the combination of going with the times with inheriting the tradition,etc.It is important to establish the national education philosophy such as ＂prior development,ecological diversity,cultural quality education,and innovation and entrepreneurship education＂ to build the higher education power.
