摘要
目的:研究补虚颗粒对血虚小鼠的补虚作用及其可能机制。方法:采用放血法或溶血法建立小鼠血虚症模型,观察补虚颗粒对小鼠外周血象、胸腺和脾脏指数的影响,同时测量小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和小鼠血清白介素-2(IL-2)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,补虚颗粒能够改善"放血"和"溶血"法所致血虚小鼠的外周血象,胸腺和脾脏指数有不同程度增加,能够明显增加血虚小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率及吞噬指数,提高小鼠血清IL-2含量。结论:补虚颗粒对血虚小鼠具有生血、补血的作用,其机制与增强机体免疫功能有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Buxu granules in a mouse model of Blood-Deficiency.Methods:The model was induced in mice by exsanguinations or by ip cyclophosphamidum and acetyl phenylhydrazine.Then the hemogram,phagocytosis ability of macrohages,level of IL-2,and the indexes of thymus gland and spleen were determined.Results:Compared with the control mice,the hemogram,indexes of thymus gland and spleen were partly improved after treatment with Buxu granules.The phagocytosis ability of macrophages and serum level of IL-2 were increased in Buxu granule group.Conclusion:Buxu granules can promote hematopoiesis,enrich the blood,and enhance immune function in mice with blood-deficiency.
