摘要
目的:为培养药学学生指导患者合理购药、正确用药的从业服务能力提供参考。方法:我校2009年依据"新医改"方案调整"医学基础"教学内容,主要包括改变教学指导思想、培养专业服务能力和再学习能力、增强服务意识,并将2009年实习生的实习情况与2008年进行比较。结果:与2008年比较,2009年药房/药店反映实习生在服务意识满意方面提高38%,在药学服务能力方面提高19%,在医学服务能力方面提高14%。结论:通过"医学基础"教学内容的调整使学生的从业服务意识和能力得到了一定提高。
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for cultivating the ability of students guiding patients to buy medicines reasonably and use them correctly. METHODS : According to New Healthcare Reform program, the content of Medicine Basis was adjusted in our college in 2009, including changing teaching guideline and improving the students' professional skill, relearning ability and service consciousness. The study of trainee in 2009 was compared with in 2008. RESULTS: Compared with in 2008, pharmacy or drugstores believed that service consciousness of trainee was improved by 38%, pharmaceutical care ability was improved by 19% and medical service ability was improved by 14%. CONCLUSION: The content adjustment of Medicine Basis improves the service consciousness and ability of trainee.
