摘要
二甲双胍是常见的降糖药物,大量研究表明其可能有抗肿瘤作用,机制包括:(1)激活细胞内的AMP活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)信号通路。(2)抗炎作用。慢性炎性反应与肿瘤的发生可能有关,二甲双胍能更有效减少炎性因子及C反应蛋白的水平。(3)提高T细胞的记忆,增强免疫系统对癌细胞和病毒感染的反应能力。(4)调控相关细胞凋亡因子。(5)导致肿瘤中细胞周期蛋白D1蛋白水平的大幅降低。
Metformin is a common antidiabetic drug. Most researches indicated that metformin may have the anti-tumor function, its mechanism includes: ( 1 ) Activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signal pathway. (2)Anti-inflammation function. Chronic inflammation may be related with cancer, and metformin can reduce the inflammatory factor and the C- reactive protein density effectively. (3)Enhan- cing the memory of T cell, and the function of immune system to the cancer cell and viral infection. (4) Regu- lating the related apoptosis factors. (5)Leading to the significant reduction of ceil cycle protein D1 level of tumor.
