摘要
夹芯板作为一种保温隔热性能良好的新型建筑材料,在建筑工程中逐渐被广泛应用。通过采用超声波法对各种在正常使用过程中可能出现的夹芯板损伤进行检测,并用小波分析技术对超声回波的信号进行去噪处理,并对处理过超声回波信号进行小波分解。结果表明:经过小波去噪和小波分解之后,能够通过识别出反射回波信号的到达时间和各级小波分解的波形较有效地识别出各种类型的损伤。
As a kind of new-style building insulation material,sandwich panel is widely applied step by step in all kinds of industrial and civil architectures.In this paper,the ultrasonic non-destructive testing method was used to detect the possible damage of sandwich panel in normal use,and the wavelet analysis technique was used to precede a soft threshold de-noising treatment to the ultrasonic echo signal,then the de-noised ultrasonic echo signal was decomposed and the local modulus maxima of each layer was got.The results show that: after wavelet de-noising and wavelet decomposition,through identifying the arrival time of the reflected echo signal and the change of the various layers’waveform of the wavelet decomposition,the ultrasonic non-destructive testing method can effectively identify various types of damages.
