摘要
目的:评价应用新型声学造影剂观察移植性兔 V X2 肿瘤血流灌注的情况。方法:经静脉注射 F X530 后,应用二维灰阶图像、彩色多普勒血流成像、彩色多普勒能量图以及瞬间反应成像等技术观察兔肝脏、肾脏以及肌肉内移植性 V X2 肿瘤的血流灌注情况。结果:造影后增强了肝脏、肾脏等组织器官的灰阶图像和肿瘤内小血管的彩色多普勒血流信号,提高了肿瘤的可视性,增加了肿瘤的检出率。结论:经静脉注射新型声学造影剂是观察肿瘤血流灌注的有效方法。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of a new generation of ultrasonographic contrast agent in the evaluation of transplanted VX2 tumor perfusion by intravenous injection.Methods:After intravenous administration of FX530, grey scale sonography, color Doppler flow imaging,color Doppler energy imaging and transient response imaging were used to evaluate the perfusion of VX2 tumors in liver, kidney and muscule in 15 rabbits.Results:After injection,grey scale sonography and the signals of small vessel of the tumors on color Doppler imaging were well enhanced in both liver and kidney parenchyma, the visibility of the VX2 tumors were greatly improved, and therefore,the rate of tumor detection was nereas.Conclusions:Intravenous contrast agent is useful for assessment of tumor perfusion.
