氧化钛涂层及改性后氧化钛涂层的细胞相容性研究

摘要 [目的]研究氧化钛涂层及改性后氧化钛涂层的细胞相容性和生物活性。[方法]使用等离子喷涂法将氧化钛涂布于Ti-6Al-4V表面,一组涂层表面经过酸处理,另一组不作处理,将人成骨细胞按照4 000个/cm2定量接种于涂层表面,分别于1、4、7 d用MTS法测定涂层表面细胞增殖情况,并用扫描电镜观察涂层表面成骨细胞形态及数量。[结果]经酸处理氧化钛涂层组的细胞增殖速率明显高于未经处理组,涂层表面细胞形态优于未经处理组。[结论]经酸处理改性后的氧化钛涂层的细胞相容性比未改性的氧化钛涂层有所提高。 [Objective]To study the cellular compatibility and bioactivity of plasma sprayed titanium dioxide coating and acid-treated titanium dioxide coating. [Methods]Titanium dioxide was coated on Ti-6Al-4V by plasma spraying methods.The coating surface of one group was treated with acid,and the other group was not treated.Human osteoblasts were cultured on the coat with the density of 4 000/cm2.At 1,4,7 days the growth of the osteoblasts was examined with the method of MTS,and the shape and quantity of the osteoblasts on the titanium dioxide coating were observed by scaning electronic microscopy.[Results]The growth speed of human osteoblasts on acid-treated titanium dioxide coating was higher than that on titanium dioxide coating.The shape and quantity of human osteoblasts on acid-treated titanium dioxide coating were better than that on titanium dioxide coating.[Conclusion]The cellular compatibility of acid-treated titanium dioxide coating is better than that of titanium dioxide coating.
