摘要
肾上隙外副神绛节瘤是一种少见的神经内分泌肿瘤，起源于神经嵴细胞［1］。可发生在全身各部位，又颈部最常见，脊性副神绎节瘤是一种极为少见的肿瘤，主要位于硬膜内髓外间室，大部分发生在马尾［2－3］。我中心近期收治3例脊柞副神经节瘤，报道如下：
