生物粘接端端缝合法修复早期周围神经损伤的实验研究 被引量:1

An experimental study on early regeneration of injured peripheral nerve through end-to-end neurorrhaphy of biogenic adhesion

摘要 目的观察以自体外周血为生物膜室的生物粘接端端缝合法修复损伤早期周围神经的效果。方法选用Wistar大鼠60只,制成坐骨神经损伤模型,然后在双目放大镜下分别用生物粘接端端缝合法和单纯端端缝合法修复大鼠损伤的坐骨神经。术后1、2、3、4、5、6周进行坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)测定,并分批处死,取坐骨神经进行离体神经传导速度(NCV)测定、电镜组织形态学观察。结果生物粘接端端缝合组在SFI、NCV两项指标上均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组修复初期雪旺细胞增生明显,不同时间段的神经纤维再生速度、数目、髓鞘厚度明显优于对照组。结论生物粘接端端缝合法可以促进神经再生,加快神经再生速度与功能恢复。 Objective To study the effect of end-to-end neurorrhaphy of biogenic adhesion on the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve in early stage using the autologous blood as the biomembrane ventricle.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were made into models of right sciatic nerve injury and randomly divided into two groups.Under a binocular magnifier,group A was given an end-to-end neurorrhaphy of biogenic adhesion on injured nerves and group B was simply given an end-to-end suture as the control.By the first,second,third,fourth,fifth and sixth week after the operation,the sciatic nerve functional index(SFI) was evaluated,nerve conduction velocity(NCV) was measured and pathological examination was performed on the the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th and 6th day after injury.Results SFI and NCV were better in group A than those in group B(P0.05).The proliferation of Schwann cells,the number of nerve fibers and the thickness of medulla sheath of injured nerve were obviously more in group A than those in group B.Conclusion The biogenic adhesion operation has the effects of promoting the regeneration of injured peripheral nerves,speeding up the rate of nerve fibers regeneration and function recovery.
