摘要
商务谈判以一种普遍的经济活动。谈判双方实现双赢是市场经济条件下商务谈判的目的。本文通过宾默尔的经济思想移情和移情偏好理论,探讨积极、有效推进谈判进程背后的机制,并揭示只有以移情和移情偏好为基础,谈判双方换位思考,才能获得利益最大化,有利于建立互惠互利的市场经济。
Under the condition of market economy,business negotiation is an economic activity which aims at the equilibrium profits of both sides.This paper is to discuss the mechanism of stimulating the negotiation through Binmore's empathy and empathetic preference theories on which the maximization of the profit is based.What's more,it is useful for establishing a reciprocal market economy.
