摘要
目的:提高对炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的认识。方法:报告1例典型咽旁炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤病例的临床资料,并结合国内外相关文献进行分析。结果:炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤是一种间叶性肿瘤,由分化的肌纤维母细胞性梭形细胞组成,常伴有大量浆细胞和(或)淋巴细胞。免疫组织化学Vimentin、SMA常呈强阳性。结论:咽旁炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤是临床上一种罕见的肿瘤,其确诊主要依靠组织病理学,治疗以根治性手术为首选。
Objective：To report a case of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor in the parapharyngeal space.Methods： The clinical data of the case was analysed and the related literatures were reviewed.Results：Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is a mesenchymal neoplasm composed of transformed myofibroblastic spindle cells with a large number of plasmacytes and（or） lymphocytes.The immunohistochenistry of vimentin,SMA expression often showed intensively positive.Conclusion：Parapharyngeal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is a rare tumor.The differential diagnosis of IMT dependes on pathohistology and the radical surgery is the best choice of treatment.
