摘要
为解决叉车配重铸件泥芯的烧结难题,通过对泥芯烧结机理的分析,改变传统的泥芯涂料制备工艺,获得了明显的效果。利用石墨和铬铁矿粉醇基涂料的组合应用,解决涂料的渗透性是保证泥芯抗烧结层的形成的基础。但就泥芯打制本身来说,泥芯所用本身也需要有较高耐火度,然后再通过树脂和固化剂连接泥芯砂粒,保证泥芯砂粒间的粘结强度,从而保证泥芯有足够的强度以抵抗铁水的冲刷。因此,泥芯打制质量的好坏是抗烧结的前提条件,涂料的渗透性并形成抗烧结层是铸件泥芯易于清理的重要保证。
Traditional technology for mud-core fabrication was modified to resolve the problems in mud-core sintering for balancer by analyzing sintering mechanism of the mud-core,obtaining acceptable effects.Formation of anti-sintering layer of mud core was greatly improved by combining graphite power coating with alcohol Cr-Fe powder coating to resolve the permeability of the coating.In addition,sand for the mud core should have a higher refractory rate to make sure the bonding strength of mud-sand during adding resin and curing agent process against the impaction and gravity role of the liquid iron.
