摘要
目的:通过对2 573名中学教师体检资料分析,了解其健康状况。方法:将中学教师2年1次的体检指标如腰围、体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、尿酸、血糖、脂肪肝等结果进行比较。结果:中学教师体检指标存在性别和年龄差异,高血压、高甘油三酯血症、高尿酸血症均有逐年上升趋势(P<0.01)。结论:加强中学教师健康教育,减少心脑血管疾病的发生和发展,提高健康水平。
Objective：To investigate the health status of teachers in middle schools of Guiyang by analyzing recent physical examination data.Methods： Physical examination data of 2 573 teachers in middle schools of Guiyang in 2005 and 2007 were compared and analyzed.The indexes detected included waistline,body mass index（BMI）,blood pressure（BP）,blood fat,acidum uricum,blood glucose（BG）,and adiposis hepatica.Results： There were index differences between different sexes and age groups,and there occurred a rising tendency in incidence of hypertension,hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia during years（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： It′s important to enhance health education of middle school teachers,reduce the incidence and development of cardiovascular disease,and to improve health level.
