摘要
采用工程用太阳能电池5参量模型及参数确定法,获取高精度的光伏组件通用模型,在Matlab/Simulink平台中建立该模型的通用模块,利用变步长动态仿真法,快速、准确地获得光伏组件在不同光强度和温度下的输出特性曲线.仿真实验表明,该通用模块不仅可以准确获得太阳能电池单体输出特性,而且可以准确获得光伏组件输出特性,与目前采用的相似模块相比,其具有使用方便、精度高及通用性强的优点.
A high-precision generalized photovoltaic array module is established based on 5-parameter engineering model of photovoltaic cell equation.The generalized module using Matlab/Simulink,can be representative of photovoltaic array for easy use on simulation platform.Variable dynamic simulation method is used,which can rapidly obtain the output characteristic curves of photovoltaic array with different temperature and insolation levels.The module is demonstrated by the simulation experiments,and the results show that the module can not only get output characteristic curves of photovoltaic cell and array,but also has higher precision and more generalization compared with the similar module.
