摘要
采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和红外光谱等分析测试手段,研究了Na2O-MgO-SiO2乳浊玻璃系统中,P2O5/CaO不同质量比对磷酸盐玻璃显微结构及乳浊性能的影响.结果表明:P2O5能促进分相形成;当P2O5/CaO质量比达到0.57时,开始出现二次分相;如果增加过量P2O5,会产生析晶.通过调节P2O5/CaO质量比可以控制分相液滴尺寸,并使玻璃产生二次分相获得最佳的乳浊效果.
In the Na2O-MgO-SiO2 opal glass system,the effects of mass ratio of P2O5/CaO on the microstructure and opacifying properties were investigated by means of XRD,SEM and IR spectrum.The results showed that P2O5 could boost phase separation.When the mass ratio of P2O5/CaO reached to 0.57,the secondary phase separation took place.Excessive P2O5 would result in the crystallization.The ratio of P2O5/CaO could relate to the size of separated particle,and achieved the best opacifying effects attributed to the secondary phase separation.
