摘要
利用超声法及浸提法对杜仲叶中多酚的提取工艺进行了研究.通过超声法考察了超声功率、超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比等因素对多酚得率的影响;通过浸提法考察了浸提温度、时间、乙醇浓度、料液比等因素对多酚得率的影响,并用正交试验对多酚的提取工艺条件进行了优化.用大孔吸附树脂对提取物进行初步分离纯化,得到多酚的含量为11.35%.
The extraction process of polyphenols from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv leaves by ultrasonic wave and immersion were studied.The effects of ultrasonic conditions,such as ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio,on the yield rate of polyphenols were investigated.The influencing factors including extraction temperature,extraction time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,on the yield rate of polyphenols were examined.Extraction conditions of polyphenols were optimized by orthogonal test.Macroporous adsorptive resin was used in the preliminary separation and purification of the extract,the content of polyphenols obtained was 11.35%.
