摘要
以国道107线郑州段改建工程——南水北调大桥为背景,叙述了预应力混凝土连续梁桥悬臂浇筑挂篮静载预压方案。通过挂篮的预压试验消除挂篮的非弹性变形,用最小二乘法模拟出荷载与弹性变形的线性关系,根据这一关系得出各个梁块的重量对应的弹性变形,为后期立模标高提供重要数据,同时检验挂篮的整体强度及承载能力。
Taking the national road 107 Zhengzhou Rebuild Project-the South-to-North Water Diversion bridge as the background,narrated the prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge's cast-in-place cantilever method and movable suspended scaffolding preloading method.Through movable suspended scaffolding preloading experiment to eliminate it's non-elastic deformation,using the least squares method simulate the linear relationship the load and the elastic deformation,according to this relation we can acquire weight for each beam block elastic deformation,which provides the important data for erection elevation at the later period,simultaneously examine movable suspended scaffolding's overall intensity and capacity.The preloading scheme may provide certain references for similar movable suspended scaffolding's design and the preloading
