摘要
在微乳液中实现了以二硫代苯甲酸(1-苯基乙酯)为链转移剂的苯乙烯的可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)活性自由基聚合,通过同时加大乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和助稳定剂正己烷的量,解决了以往苯乙烯微乳液聚合中易出现的稳定性差的问题.240 m in转化率可达到100%,聚合过程中表现出较好的活性特征,所得聚合物有较窄的分子质量分布(PD I为1.62),最终乳胶的平均直径约39 nm,粒径分布较窄.
The reversible addition-fragmentation transfer(RAFT) living radical polymerization of styrene in miniemulsion in the presence of chain-transfer agent 1-phenylethyl dithiobenzoate was investigated in this study.The amounts of surfactant(sodim dodecyl sulfate,SDS) and co-surfactant(n-hexane) were increased to resolve the poor colloidal stability,which always present in the miniemulsion polymerization of styrene.The conversion rate reached 100% at 240 min.During the polymerization process,the polymer showed a narrow PDI value at 1.62,and the average diameter of the final latexes was 39 nm.
