氨分解制氢在钼加工行业的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 氨分解变压吸附制氢因其投资成本低、原料采购容易、氢气纯度高,在中小企业得到了广泛应用。随着变压吸附及氢气回收技术的发展成熟,大幅提高了氢气的纯度和利用率,显著降低成本。尾气回收进一步提高了氢气的回收率,把分解产生的氮气变废为宝,可用于钼粉还原的过程中。在国外,采用氮氢混合气体可以制备各种具有特殊性能的钼粉,这值得进行相关应用研究。 Because of its low investment costs, easier transportation of raw materials procurement, purer hydrogen making, ammonia decomposition pressure swing adsorption of hydrogen making, has been widely used in the middle & small hydrogen drogen scale enterprises. With the pressure swing adsorption, hydrogen recovery technology developed greatly, the purity and utilization increased significantly , and costs also reduced the exhaust gas recycling rate of hyimproved more, turned the decomposition of the nitrogen waste to treasure which can be used in process of molybdenum powder. Overseas, the nitrogen and hydrogen gas mixture can be used to prepare reduction molybdenum powder with a variety of special performance, which is worthy of corresponding application research.
