摘要
采用COD快速测定仪,建立了工业污水氨氮分析方法。结果显示,该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度,实际样品分析的相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.2%以下,加标回收率在98%~109%。同时,将反应液体积缩减1/5,显色剂加入量减少1/3,可在很大程度上减少废液的产生量,避免了对环境的二次污染,环境效益显著。
The method of ammonia nitrogen determination in industrial wastewater was established by using chemical oxygen demand(COD) Rapid analyzer because of the limitation of the national standard method.The results showed that this method had a better precision and accuracy,the relative standard deviation of COD in practical sample assay was at 4.2% or less and the recovery was in the range of 98%~109%.Meanwhile,the volume of the reaction liquid was cut down by 1/5 and the addition of the chromogenic reagent was reduced by 1/3,which reduced the output of waste liquid in a large extend,avoided the recontamination to the environment and had a remarkable environmental benefit.
