摘要
输卵管阻塞性不孕是不孕症的主要原因,其发病率有逐年增高的趋势,传统的检查方法诊断准确率低,疗效欠佳。近年来,妇科内镜技术在输卵管不孕的诊疗方面发展迅速,宫腔镜、腹腔镜已成为现代妇科诊断与治疗不可缺少的微创技术,有非常重要的临床价值。中医药治疗本病也是近十年重点研究的方向,由于所选用的药物、所采用的治疗方法各不相同,并且尚缺乏中医治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的标准化体系,临床上尚难作出客观的评价和选择,需要更深入地研究。
The tubal infertility is the main reason of infertilit,and the incidents tend to be increasing year by year.Traditional inspection methods are low accuracy and limited treatment.Gynecological endoscopic treatment on tubal infertility has been developed rapidly in recent years.With the important clinical value,laparoscopic and hysteroscopy has become modern diagnosis and treatment of gynecology indispensable micro-traumatic techniques.Chinese medicine treatment of this disease is also key research direction in a decade,but the objective is hard to make clinical evaluation and selection due to the different use of drugs and adopted treatments,which still need further research.
