摘要
介绍日本节能管理的先进经验。日本的节能管理不仅有效地控制了能源消耗,而且在经济发展过程中大大提高了能效水平,实现了低碳排放。为了达到节能减排的目的,建立了完整的组织机构和完善的法律制度,并加大投入,积极推广先进节能技术的应用,动员社会公众为节能减排献计出力众多行之有效的方法,推进了日本节能水平的提高。
By visit to Tokyo Electric Power Company and Kansai Electric Power Company,we learned the advanced energy management of Japan.Japan’s energy management is not only to effectively control the energy consumption but also enhances the level of energy efficiency and reduces carbon emissions in the process of economic development greatly.In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving,they built a complete organization and a sound legal system,and increased investment,and actively promoted the application of advanced energy-saving technologies,to mobilize the public to offer energy conservation efforts.So many and effective methods promote the improvement of Japan’s energy-saving.
