摘要
目的探讨粉尘与噪声对心血管系统的联合影响。方法对南京某车辆厂455例单纯接触粉尘作业工人(A组)、182例单纯接触噪声作业工人(B组)、511例同时接触粉尘和噪声作业工人(C组)以及200例不接触毒物的普通工人(D组)行血压测量及常规同步9-12导联心电图检查。结果 (1)血压检查:A组检查异常与D相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组、C组与D组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但B组、C组间检查异常者差异无显著性(P>0.05);(2)心电图检查:A组、B组、C组3组异常率均高于D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组间检查异常率无明显区别(P>0.05)。结论单纯接触粉尘、单纯接触噪声及同时接触粉尘噪声对心电图皆有明显影响,3者之间并无显著差异;单纯接触粉尘对血压无明显影响;单纯接触噪声及同时接触粉尘、噪声对血压影响明显,二者之间影响差异无显著性。噪声对心血管的影响比粉尘更显著,其区别在于对血压的影响。粉尘和噪声对心血管系统呈独立作用。
Objective To study the joint effect of dust and noise on cardiovascular system.Methods Workers in a car factory were divided into four groups based on the type of work.Group A contained 455 individuals who got in touch with dust only;Group B,182 individuals who were only faced with noise;Group C,511 individuals who were harmed by dust and noise at the same time;Group D,200 individuals who were not influenced.Blood pressure measurement was taken and the routine 9-12 leads electrocardiogram examination conducted.The results were recorded.Results（1） Blood pressure measurement ： Significant difference（P0.05） in the corresponding abnormality rates was found between groups B and D,and groups C and D.No statistical significance was found between groups A and D,as well as between B and C（P0.05）.（2） Electrocardiogram examination： Significant difference（P0.05） in the corresponding abnormality rates was found between groups A and D,groups B and D and groups C and D.No statistical significance was found among groups A,B and C（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with dust,noise exerts more influence on cardiovascular system,especially on blood pressure.Independent effect was found in dust and noise on cardiovascular system.
