摘要
本文就课堂教学中的"惩罚"方式、范围、程度做分析并提出可行性的建议。本人认为适度合理的惩罚是可以提高课堂效率,促进学习的,但要充分考虑"惩罚"的预期、学生的接受度和"惩罚"的分寸,并与"鼓励"、"奖励"配合使用,能使班级的课堂管理变得跟更容易、更有效。
This article is mainly about the usage of punishments in daily class teaching.Methods,degrees and extent of punishment are our focuses.My point is that proper punishments take an important part in education.It can improve the sufficiency of class teaching.Meanwhile,we should think of the purpose of punishments,the acceptability of students absolutely.
