摘要
运用数据包络法(DEA)测度了2001～2008年甘肃省14个地区的技术效率以及技术进步指数.结果表明:总体全要素生产率增长的主要原因仍然是依靠资本、人力投入的增加,技术效率对全要素生产率的增长并没有占到主导地位;人力资本和制度因素对全要素生产率、效率提高以及技术进步均有重要的影响.
DEA is applied to measure the technological progress indexes in 14 areas of Gansu province during 2001-2008. The results are as follows： the main cause for the increase of TFP is the increased capital and manpower;the efficiency of technology does not play a leading role in the increase of TFP. Manpower, capital and institution are important factors influencing TFP,technical efficiency and technical progress.
