摘要
杨小舟蛾是洞庭湖区近年主要杨树食叶害虫,1年发生7代,在5、6月份杨小舟蛾1、2代的1~2龄时施放白僵菌进行防治,施药4 d后虫体出现病理反应,5 d后开始死亡,7 d出现死亡高峰,10 d因药死亡率为55.4%。通过死亡虫体白僵菌孢子的自然散发或幼虫取食感染,对以后世代虫口基数有明显的抑制效果。
Micromelalopha troglodyta is an important leaf-eating pest of poplar in Dongting Lake area.There are 7 generations per year.In this paper,the control test on the 1st and 2nd instar of the first and second generations of M.troglodyta by releasing Beauveria bassiana in May or June was conducted.The results showed that,pathologic reaction of M.troglodyta appeared on the 4th d after releasing B.bassiana,M.troglodyta started to die 5d later,the peak of death emerged on the 7th d,and reached 55.4% of mortality rate on the 10th d.By means of natural disperse of spores or infection of larva feed,B.bassiana made a strong inhibitory effect on the population of M.troglodyta of following generations.
