摘要
目的探讨脂肪染色法在临床专业病理实验教学中的应用。方法对肝脂肪变性组织和肝水样变性组织分别进行脂肪染色法和H-E法染色。然后让学生镜下观察。结果脂肪染色法把肝脂变组织中肝细胞内的脂滴保存下来并染上特定的颜色,使学生能够很好地区分两种病变。结论脂肪染色法的应用,使病理学实习形象,生动,提高了实验教学质量。
Objective To explore the effects of the adipose staining method in pathological experiment teaching. Methods The hepatic tissues with steatosis and the hepatic tissues with hydropic degeneration were given adipose staining and H - E staining respectively and then were observed by students from clinical specialty. Results Hepatic intraeellular lipid droplets were preserved and received adipose staining, and the two types of lesions were diferentiated. Conclusion Adipose staining method can produce the quality of instruction.
