摘要
拉曼光谱是迅速发展起来的物理谱学分析技术,它是对物质结构的分子特征的测量,不同物种由于分子基团不同,结构不同,其拉曼谱特征不同。据此可以获取有用信息,达到测量、鉴定的目的。拉曼光谱仪的应用特点是适用于任意形状的样品:无损、快速、准确;用共焦显微拉曼不仅可以进行微区原位分析,还可以对样品表面下的微小包体测量。本文报道了对云南祖母绿中包体的测量,结果表明包裹体是锐钛矿型的TiO2,而不是以往通过化学成份、晶体形态分析所认为的金红石。
The Raman spectroscopy is now a powerful tool in many areas of materials science, physical and physical chemistry. Raman Spectroscopy complements more traditional laboratory techniques. The application note of Raman spectroscopy is suited to all sample of arbitrary shape, quick, precise, non destructive and non intrusive sampling. The Raman Imaging Microscope can analyze in the micro domain and original position, but also provide new information about samples down to tiny inclusions of in size which are not accessible by any other technique, in this paper, we report the Raman Spectroscopy of inclusions of Emerald in Yunnan, applying two kinds of spectrogram disposal Baseline and subtract. The results demonstrate that the inclusion is TiO 2 of ANATASE type rather than the assumed RUTILE, using conventional chemical composition and crystal morpha.
