^(60)Coγ射线预辐照兔自体神经原位再植后的组织学观察

摘要 目的探讨变性神经移植后神经功能的恢复情况。方法将60Co先期辐射处理后的兔自体神经原位再植,观察术后4、6、8月神经组织情况,光镜观察吻合口远近端横断面新生神经纤维情况及计算机图像处理,在大体上评价神经功能恢复情况。结果 60Coγ射线预辐照兔自体神经原位再植后神经段神经纤维直径及髓鞘厚度可接近正常。结论长段自体神经(约3cm)经60Co先期处理后再植,神经轴突和神经髓鞘可再生。 Objective To evaluate the changes of nerve histology after nerve degeneration transplantation. Methods Nerve segment of 30 mm in length in sciatic nerve excised from the adult health rabbit (Chinese big-ear rabbit) and irradiated with 350 Gy ^60Co beam be- fore being replanted interpositionally. To view nerve histology at 4, 6 and 8 months by light microscope. Results The diameter of nerve fiber and depth of myelin sheath had no statistical difference among the two groups at 8 months. Conclusions Reinner-vation can be obtained following being pretreated by ^60Co beam irradiation.
