摘要
自中央十六届六中全会明确提出积极推进农村社区建设以来,农村社区建设在全国试点推行中取得了一定的成果。但理论和实践上仍然存在诸多制约社区建设的因素,这些因素有:法律制度、农村政治体制、经济来源、人员素质和各种环境等。为推动农村社区建设的健康发展,理论和实践上还需进一步研究探讨。
Since promoting the construction of rural communities presented in the Sixth Plenary Session of CPC,rural community construction pilot project in the country has achieved some results.But in the theory and practice,there are still many factors restricting community construction.These factors include the legal system,the rural political system,economic resources,personnel quality and various environment.In order to promote the construction of rural communities,the theory and practice need to be further studied.
