基于混合煤气加压站热值及压力控制的研究 被引量:5

摘要 混合煤气在钢铁企业中用途非常广泛,一般是两种甚至是三种热值不同的煤气经混合、加压之后送至煤气用户比如加热炉等,而加热炉对煤气的压力、热值均有较高的要求,因此如何得到压力、热值均比较稳定的混合煤气就显得尤为重要。通过对煤气混合的原理分析,详细介绍了混合加压的流程及控制方案,并对某钢厂煤气混合站的实际数据进行分析,实践证明,分步控制方案能较好地解决热值及压力控制。 Mixed gas is widely used in the iron and steel enterprises,generally two or even three kinds of gases of different calorific value are sent to the gas users such as burning furnace after being mixed and pressurized.Besides,the furnace has a high requirement for the pressure and calorific value of the gas.Therefore,how to get the mixed gas of relatively stable pressure and calorific value is particularly important.Through the analysis of the principle of the mixed gas,describing the process of mixing and controlling method in detail.Meanwhile,it analyzes the practical data of a gas station in a certain steel plant.The practice has proved that the step-by-step controlling method can well control the pressure and calorific value of the mixed gas.
