摘要
大气环境容量的计算是实施污染总量控制的基础,对于局地性区域来说大气环境容量又是大气传输、扩散和排放方式的具体体现.应用国标《制定地方大气污染物排放标准的技术方法》(GB/T13201-91)中规定的以箱模型为基本模型推导出的宏观总量控制A值法测算了宝鸡市的SO2大气环境容量.测算结果表明:宝鸡市SO2大气环境容量为50 892 t/a,即本地区每年最大可排放50 892 t的SO2.完全可以满足当前工业区生产的需要.
The calculation of the atmospheric environmental capacity,which incorporates atmospheric transfer,diffusion and emission in some local areas,is the basis of implementing the total quantity control of atmospheric pollutants.The macroscopic total emission control A-value method was applied for the calculation of atmospheric environmental capacity of SO2 of the Baoji city on the basis of(the technical method of the air pollution discharging standard GB/T13201-91).The result indicates the SO2 atmospheric environmental capacity of the Baoji city is 50 892 t/a,namely in this area the most greatly 50 892 t SO2 may be discharging every year,which definitely might meet the city working demand at present.
